This position is flexible on days/hours if needed. We need someone who can help us manage the household, including laundry, dishes, picking up our daughter from school, errands, cleaning randomly (we have maids that clean the house so this would be outside of that), taking care of our dogs (dog washing and pet waste pickup), organizing and tidying up, light cooking occasionally, holiday decorating, basically we need someone willing to help us with the day to day stuff. This would be a part-time position. Some days could be more hours if we need extra help depending on your availability. We also can be flexible if you can't do all 5 days. Our daughter is self sufficient so we don't need a babysitter, only someone to pick up from school and sometimes to run errands with her if needed to pickup art supplies etc.

I have four beds, 2. 5 bathrooms, gym, living room, dining room, office, kitchen, washer and dryer room. I have three kids and a dog. I want bed linens changed each time, change towels in bathrooms, vacuum and mop the floors (move things and toys), swipe and clean surfaces of all rooms including baby areas and baby changing tables (moving toys), and Clean bathrooms with Clorox. Remove all trash including diapers from the house. Put all dirty dishes downstairs and in the dishwasher. Clean a few of them by hand that can't be in the dishwasher. Start laundry and fold clean clothes. Clean curtains, lamps, and windows and remove spider webs. One time job and if we match proceed with a biweekly job. I would need ID since I have kids. The person needs to be trustworthy and detail-oriented and ask questions if she/he/they have a doubt.

I have a 20month old and 6month old Full time, no cooking or cleaning. It would be more than likely one month of Monday through Friday 9 hour days, and following that first month would be 3 to 4 overnight (12-13hr) shifts a week. The complicating factor is the job that I'm looking at often mandates their employees for additional hours. For example, if I worked from 6 p.m. to 6 AM, I could potentially be mandated either until noon, or I could be forced to come home for six hours and then go back into work at noon. In order for me to not be in the negative at payday, I would be looking at a rate between 17 and $18 an hour, and about $25 an hour for the additional unplanned hours. Let me know if interested.
