He is sleeping more, needs help at dinner time which sometimes he eats and other times he fights it. He needs help with changing, sponge bathing and transiting into his reclining bed chair. About the care needs: Father has limited and slurred speech. Mother is stressed and at times a little short. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
