Our current Nanny regularly works Mondays and Wednesdays averaging 14 to 20 hours per week depending on the need. My schedule is flexible so it can be adjusted to what works best for our new provider. We guarantee 10 hours Pay per week regardless of the hours worked if we are not able to provide the hours, this does not apply if the Nanny is unavailable.
