We are looking for a local babysitter who will come to our house to care for our son when we attend evening events. We are essentially looking for someone we can call on and feel comfortable with when we have a night out -- roughly 6-10 p.m. or 5-11pm, in that range, usually on Thurs, Fri or Sat nights. Our little guy is a super-fun, smart, and active cutie. Since these would be evenings, we'd love it if you'd engage him with a game or coloring or a puzzle or the like. We are also not against watching a movie, or playing a non-violent video game. Primarily, we just want to know that he's safe and cozy while we're out. We do have a cat who will likely stay upstairs and leave you alone. Your qualities: You're reliable, honest, don't smoke, have a ride (or drive), and you know not to be on your phone until the little guy is sleeping.

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children. We would prefer a babysitter who is comfortable with dogs. Shifts would be PRN Fridays 5:30 am- 7:30 p.m. with transport to school then pick up, then just staying with them until I get off. You would have a base pay whether you had to work or not just to reserve Fridays for an on call basis and would know in advance most of the time. Some months you would work 2/3 days other months no days would be needed but you would still get paid.

We are happy to consider increasing hours, but currently Mon & Tues 12-5p is the minimum we would need through the first half of the year.

Flexible midweek days appx 10 a.m. -2 p.m. or 1-5 p.m. 1-2 days per week He spends days playing in the sandbox and garden, strumming the keyboard, talking trail walks, reading books and playing with trucks/trains. Followed by snack, lunch and nap time. Norwegian style napping and outdoor stroller walks work nicely.
