This means I require varying levels of assistance for most other day to day activities. Although my home has been modified to encourage maximum independence - it still requires the correct set up. can. I need help with(TRAINING PROVIDED)w/ ADLs such as: -dressing -bathing/toileting -repositioning(in bed+when in chair) -stretching/ROM -tranfers(SureHands ceiling lift+car lift w/EZ-LOC) -light meal prep+housekeeping -help with routine household duties

Our older sons, Kai and Myles, enjoy reading and being read to (e. g. comic books and children's fiction). They collect Pokemon cards and build with Legos. They also both play soccer and flag football and enjoy playing outdoors on the playground. Kameron typically runs around after his older brothers. He loves dancing to music and doing arts and crafts including painting. Kameron would be home full time with the nanny. Myles will be in 1st grade and would require being picked up from school which is in our neighborhood by 1:40 p.m. each day. Kai rides the school bus and would need to be picked up from the bus stop (1 block away from the house) in the afternoon or picked up from aftercare.
