family needs a part-time tutor for History, Study Skills, English, Math, Science. My 11-year-old does online homeschooling and needs some help catching up. I'm thinking 2 hours a day for 3 days a week but I'd definitely do whatever is needed or not needed . We need someone with a sense of humor. He is an amazing kid and very intelligent . We're looking for someone who's up for for lots of engaged playtime, physical activity, affection, and no screen time. Both Children are in a Homeschool Extension Program through a local Private School so curriculum and lesson plans are provided. Subjects to be completed are Reading, Bible, Spelling, Writing & Grammar and Math as well as rotating Social Studies and History. Both kids could use extra support in Reading. Experience with Dyslexia would be a plus. Schedule is somewhat flexible, dependent on how much time it takes to accomplish daily work, but looking for something around 8:30am-12:30 p.m. M-TH. If looking for more hours, we do have a special needs 4-year-old who would enjoy doing preschool activities in the afternoons. Must have experience with special needs kiddos.
