Tega Cay family needs a part-time after school nanny. You'll come at 2 p.m. Kids get home at 2:45. You'll clean up following a checklist, prep snack, and greet the boys with a smile off of the bus. Tues/Thurs you drop them at sports at the YMCA at the Complex on your way home. Mon/Wed you engage with them positively for a couple hours and make their (easy) dinner. You will be off by 5 p.m. reliably and off with the FMSD schedule. They can ALMOST take care of themselves but do better with a buddy there to meet any immediate needs. The boys like sports, crafts, games, being read to etc. We live on the lake so when it is warm there are those activities too. We do limit electronics. Both parents work from home, but we have work travel so often only one is in the house. Applicants must have a positive attitude.

He would like more activity partners than my husband and to explore his interests around art, and shopping (thrifting) but someone who can cultivate interest in new experiences while keeping him safe, and possibly coaching some life/social skills would be the dream. a lot of direction when doing a new task and sometimes requires ques around regular bathroom access in new environments. We need someone to work with my 18yo daughter in the afternoons. We need someone to pick her up from her transition program at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons. We need someone to stay with her until 4-6 p.m. When I arrive home from work. We can also consider just transportation if that is all you are available for. If you are also able to do 8-9 a.m. on Wednesdays to bring her to the program that morning it would be a plus for us but not required. There also may be opportunities for additional one off care times to cover other needs if you are available for additional care. My daughter is a very happy, funny, and fairly independent special needs young adult. She can basically take care of herself but does need someone with her to ensure that she is safe and productive.
