My home is a 1500 square foot modular home. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This is a second home, so I am not there all the time and am looking for someone to help to keep it clean. Once or twice a month should be fine and maybe a few extra days in the spring and fall to do a deeper clean. I don't have any pets and don't smoke. I'm willing to pay a good wage in cash and also extra for traveling if you feel you are too far from franklin. I am very flexible and willing to work with you on days and times.

My work hours are pretty consistent Monday-Thursday 5am-4:30 p.m. all depending on weather. Some Fridays and Saturdays might factor into if needed.
