We are looking for a fun, responsible and dependable nanny to take care of our 3-month-old baby girl. Responsibilities include infant care (feeding, diapering, nap times), developmental activities (tummy time, reading/talking to baby), light housekeeping related to baby and meal prep. Hours would be 8:30 - 4:30 ideally. I work from home and occasionally my husband does as well. We also have a 5-year-old boy who will be starting kindergarten this year. He will be in school most of this time but we will need help with occasional pick-up/drop-off. At times, e. g. during fall/spring breaks, we will need help caring for him along with baby and we will compensate accordingly for these days. Our 10-year-old will be staying with her grandparents in Chapel Hill while attending a daily ballet program in Raleigh. We need someone to drive her to the studio in Raleigh, arriving 8:45am, and pick her up at 5:30 p.m. to return back to Chapel Hill. On the two Saturdays the schedule will be more like 11a-2:30p.

This position requires some light housekeeping, transporting to and from school and extra curriculum such as swim, gymnastics lessons and a trip to the barbershop. The nanny will use their own car and get mileage reimbursement. An ideal candidate will present with a kind and empathetic spirit along with excellent communication and organizational skills. This position offers a long term assignment as a W2 employee which includes sick pay benefits and unpaid holidays. Hours varies. During school months 20 -22 hrs per week and 35-37 hours per week during Spring, Winter and Summer breaks.
