We need someone to come help with our 2-year-old and 3-month-old. You may or may not be alone watching them. We have a playground in the yard so you need to just keep the 2-year-old busy and safe while making sure the baby is ok, happy, and fed. We have a large dog (Briard) and 2 cats. All friendly.

I'm looking for a patient nanny for 1 child. I need a gentle, kind, loving person to help nurture the little person and teach positive behaviors. We are about to be potty training soon so, experience with that would be helpful. I'm NOT needing housework or cooking, I will take care of that. I just need a sweet, fun individual to take care of my little love; feed her, put her down for at least 1 nap (which is a STRUGGLE) and make sure she is safe. Some of the things she likes are: coloring, playing grocery store, racing hot wheels, playing duck duck goose with stuffed animals, stacking blocks (for knocking down purposes), blowing bubbles outside and much more. We are a peaceful home and would prefer a calm demeanor with no yelling or hitting, timeouts are a last resort and explaining the situation has proven to be more effective for her.

Searching for a great house cleaner. We work from home and would need to mindful of rotating rooms through the day. We are messy and probably need help with a 1-2 deep cleanings to get rightsided before moving to a recurring arrangement.
