Caregiver For 4.5 Boy With Behavioral Challenges

Our son is 4. 5. He is very smart, and has come a long way with his verbal communication skills. He is very active, loves to climb, jump, play hide and seek, and all things water play. The need is for daily structured activities. I am a work from home agent, and will be partnering with you to work with him for more success. He has trouble in daycare transitioning between activities, and refuses to take naps - so I am getting more focused on one on one support for him.
