Sitter For 2 Kiddos - A Few Days To Start Then 4 Days/ 4HRS/wk Into The School Year!

I am looking for someone who can assist with my 2 kids - 3 and 7 - between the hours of 8am-6 p.m. up to 3 times per week for now. Once school starts, I'll need assistance for after-school care Monday-Thursday; pick-up would be near 2:30 p.m. at their campus. After pick-up, you'd have a key to my home to get them their, provide a snack and homework assistance/ some entertaining until I get home near 6-6:30 p.m. There could be some days where I need to work later or do a networking event, so it's important that you're a little flexible. I'm looking for someone EXTREMELY RELIABLE and honest if they're ever running late or plan to not show. I'm a single parent, so I rely on the help, and don't want to incur job issues due to no shows.
