ISO of another family to join Merrifield nanny share

We're looking for another baby to create a nanny share. Our son is 8 months old, so ideally another baby close in age. We live in the Merrifield/Mosaic area. Our nanny is extremely experienced. She was formerly a head infant daycare teacher and has been a nanny for multiple years. She works 40 hours a week but can do a few hours more or less.
