Interested in Nanny Share

We are in need of full time care for our 18 MO son, Jackson. We would absolutely love to share a nanny so that he could have a playmate and continue to learn social skills. We haven't done a nanny share before so any suggestions are welcome. We are flexible to do it at our place or yours! We live near the PNC arena. Looking forward to hearing from you!!
