Nanny/housekeeper For Fun Happy Toddler - Looking for a nanny/hou...
$25 – $25/hr • Part time • Starts Nov 8 • Vallejo, CA
Looking for a nanny/housekeeper for our 17-month-old daughter. She's a happy, easy-going toddler who likes to play. We'd like someone who iskind, patient, and caring. Reliability and consistency is a must. Ideally someone who is flexible to stay late or arrive early (paid of course!) if our work schedules change.
Responsibilities:
- child care, including doing activities with her (puzzles, art projects, crafts), going to the playground, walks in the park (we live next to a big open space park with trails)
- laundry (all of the baby's laundry, as well as helping with sheets, towels, and general household laundry)
- tidying up, including daily sweeping (we have two dogs that shed so it's constant upkeep), wiping down counter tops, doing dishes (the baby's dishes plus any dishes left from the morning), emptying diaper pails regularly, etc. We have a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks so no deep cleaning, just light housekeeping.
- meal prep: cooking fresh, tasty, healthy lunches for the baby with ingredients we provide (feel free to ask us to purchase specific things! And make enough for yourself so you can eat with the baby). 1-2 days a week prep a dinner for the whole family (it's just three people, but my husband and I both work so having dinner prepped a couple nights a week is a huge help).
For the housekeeping and meal prep - we'd love for you to involve our daughter in this! But she also sleeps for 1-2 hours every day so there is time to get things done without her :)
Requirements:
- Be willing to undergo a background check and TB test (paid for by us)
- Must have reliable transportation (not taxi) or be very familiar with public transit (there is a bus stop about 10-minute walk from our house). If you have your own car, must provide proof of insurance.
- Fully vaccinated (including seasonal flu and COVID boosters) … more
