Group Play Date Meet and Greet!

Now that we have a few members I'd like to offer a chance to message one another or start a discussion on here to plan a Group Play Date in order to meet in person and help build a foundation to begin our Care Exchange.
I'd love to hear some ideas on Dates/Times/Places for this Group Play Date! I'll be starting a discussion to post on.

Since the holiday is upon us I was thinking the weekend after the new year would be a good chance to meet and play. Anyone going to be in town?
