Getting to know you...

Hey everyone! I just joined this group and it seems like there hasn't been much, if any activity. I don't really known anyone in the area and have no family here. We have a nanny two days a week, but we will need additional childcare here and there for when our nanny can't babysit. Is anyone else in a similar situation?

We are in a similar situation. We recently moved here from out of state and have no nearby friends or family. We aren't looking for many "date nights," but a couple times a month maybe. I'd love to trade sitting with another family! Our only child is a 15 month old boy.

Hi Everyone! Are you having some good luck finding care on here? I'm neutral at the moment. We moved to Texas 2 years ago from Colorado and we love it! We don't have any family here so we love meeting new people and having play dates.
