Baby-sitter à North Vancouver

| I’m from Paris, it’s my 3rd year in Vancouver ! I’m a professional dancer, having a post as an apprentice in a contemporary dance company. I’m leaving in Lynn Valley. I’m 23 years old. I love children, I had many times the opportunity to teach dance to kid, so I believe that I know how to act with them..! I like to make them laugh, but also to teach them new things. I can make myself heard when rules need to be respected. Wich, I believe is something important with children ! I did a lot of babysitting in France, with kids age to 7months to 12 years old. I had a training for early childhood (1-4yearsold). I am feeling very secure to take care of young children.

I'm Catherine and I'm travelling from Quebec to the beautiful city of Vancouver, which mean you will notice pretty quickly my french accent ;) Back home, I used to work a loooooot with kids because I actually love it! Aside working as a child counsellor in a First Nation elementary school for 2 years and in summer camps for more than 7 years, I have also teach and train kids. I have a degree in Psychoeducation, which is basically a mix of special education and social work in Quebec. In other words, I am a counsellor working especially with kids with special needs. My degree was full of class about child development, about managing behaviours and about helping kids to improve their abilities and skills. So, I would not hide that I just love working with kids. I think kids can always surprise you in a good way by their crazy imagination and simplicity. To me, every child has beauty to show; you just need to open your eyes and help them to find their own beauty! That's pretty much what I am trying to do every day that I am working with them. So as I am travelling and missing working with kids, I think babysitting is a good way to find back my child heart!
