I am a newly retired math teacher from Montgomery County Public Schools. I was a math coach for elementary teachers pk-5 and taught accelerated math students. My last 2 years I taught 5th grade math and science to on grade level students. I enjoy teaching students how math really does make sense.

I currently teach fifth grade math, science, and social studies, but am comfortable working in almost all content areas. I have always loved helping children to succeed and was a peer mentor/tutor in high school. I minored in Spanish and can help with lower-level classes in that area as well.
