Designed for those striving to become advanced gymnasts, this class offers a fun and challenging journey through developmental gymnastics, focusing on strength, flexibility, and technique. Our program follows a progressive curriculum to ensure every athlete develops the core skills needed to excel in gymnastics. In Flippin’ Advanced 1, athletes will work on: Building strength & flexibility for advanced gymnastics skills Mastering essential body positions and proper form: Tumbl Trak: Jumps, combos, tumbling, and landing techniques Vault: Running drills, springboard jumps, and vault body positions Floor: Back/front walkovers, leaps, and more Bars: Grip strength, pullovers, front supports, glides, casts, and back hip circles Beam: Routines, cartwheels, rolls, handstands, turns, and dismounts Ropes & Rings: Climbing, tuck/L-holds, grip strength, and more!

Introducing our FUNdamentals class, the perfect way to kickstart your child’s gymnastics journey! Designed specifically for preschoolers, this class fosters confidence, patience, control, and coordination, using fun, age-appropriate gymnastics equipment. Through engaging circuits and drills, your little ones will develop fine motor skills while discovering the excitement of being a budding gymnast! Here’s what our young athletes will work on: Strength & Flexibility: Building a strong foundation for gymnastics. Gymnastics Body Positions: Learning shapes and colors to help reinforce body awareness. Tumbl Trak: Practicing jumps, body control, proper landing, and beginner tumbling. Vault: Mastering running, jumping, and body positions on the springboard. Floor: Introduction to forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheel basics. Bars: Focusing on grip strength, chin holds, L-holds, front supports, and more! Beam: Balance, walks, jumps, and beginner skills on the beam. Ropes & Rings: Swinging and holding for core strength. *All activities are tailored to your child’s skill level to ensure a fun and safe learning experience.
