Cancellation of reservation must be within one (1) week of camp start date to receive full credit to your account for a future event. Cancellations less than one (1) week prior to start of camp will account credit minus a $50 late cancellation fee. Unless specified as a one (1) day camp, a “camp” is based on the number of days scheduled. These camps cannot be broken down into single day passes. Requests for credit card refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event and will incur a 15% processing fee. Only account credit options are available if cancellation is made less than 1 week. LOCATION MOCHA camp takes place at 1221 Broadway, LL-l Suite 49 94612. We are on the lower level of Oakland City Center, just steps from the 12th Street Bart Station (exit 13th street).
