Broadway Dance Beginnings is three in one style dance class. Combo dance classes teach children the beginning fundamentals of jazz, tap, and ballet. Dancers will gain flexibility, basic technique, and self-confidence through repetitive motor skill, coordination and rhythm practice. This class is geared towards the beginning performer that has participated in a Theatre Summer Camp or just loves to be on stage! NO CLASSES OR REHEARSALS: Saturday, March 15th through Saturday, March 22nd This class will perform in the Poppy Fest the weekend of April 25th-April 27th. Exact date and time TBA.

We will work on body awareness, physical coordination and expression, and group collaboration. *Some financial assistance may be available and we do accept/work with outside funding sources.* FINAL PRESENTATION: FRIDAY, APRIL 11TH (TIME TBD) NO CLASSES: Thursday, March 20th

This is level one combo class meant for our older beginning students that are interested in learning the basics of jazz and tap dancing. Students will need their own jazz shoes and tap shoes. The class will focus on learning proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns. Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz such as Broadway, Street, and Contemporary to help develop a well rounded dancer. This is a KIDS / Junior PPC Level class and designed for students that have either taken a combo dance class previously, enjoying dancing, or have less than one year of jazz and tap dance instruction.
