TUMBLE 1 (7+) Tumble 1 is designed to introduce your athletes to the basic elements of tumbling. Athletes will learn and perfect progressions up through the Power-Hurdle Roundoff and Standing Back Handspring.

During this intensive, athletes will drill shape, strength and technique necessary to complete the back handspring. This intensive is great for any athlete looking to obtain or perfect their back handspring or back handspring series. *Requirements: Athletes MUST have a minimum 2 second hold handstand. Athletes must be age 7+. Meet Coach Callie: Hi Everyone! I am so excited to be joining Flip Out Productions this year. Over the past decade, I have studied gymnastics and cheerleading to develop my craft as a tumbling coach. Prior to becoming a coach, I competed along side the top names in the industry and represented Rockstar Cheer in The Cheerleading Worlds Championships. Since competing, I have gone on to work with top programs including Cheer Athletics and Cheer Extreme. I have attended and lead coaching conferences throughout the country, created class curriculums and organized elite programs throughout our industry. I am experienced in all levels of cheerleading and tumbling, as well as levels 1-7 in elite track gymnastics. I can’t wait to meet all the new faces of Flip Out and I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with your amazing young athletes. Stay tuned for updates on our new tumble intensives!
