Kids will embark on a creative adventure, building whimsical wooden houses and crafting tiny furniture using a variety of materials, including natural elements and cardboard. Guided by our attentive staff, campers will design and construct their own enchanting fairy worlds, transforming imagination into art. Join us at The Giggling Pig Art Camp for a week of creativity, hands-on fun, and fairy tale magic!

In this 1.5 hour class, your child will create more detailed artwork, working independently to express their personality through their creations. Each week, students explore different mediums, including clay, watercolor, mixed media, acrylic, and tempera, helping them discover their artistic passions. This unique camp experience is designed for campers who love to build and create. Throughout the week, each camper will have the incredible opportunity to design and construct their own miniature house, perfect for a favorite toy or figurine. We'll be exploring a wide range of building materials, including cardboard, wood, sticks, and various fabrics. Campers will learn how to bring their architectural visions to life using tools like hot glue guns, ribbons, and other embellishments to add personal touches and flair to their creations.

Japanese Snowbird: This week, capture the graceful flight of a beautiful Japanese snow bird using tempera and Sharpie. We'll guide students through techniques to illustrate depth, shadows, and movement, helping bring this elegant creature to life on paper. Join us for an inspiring artistic adventure!

Cheetah Love, a Valentine's project in marker. This unique art project focuses entirely on the vibrant, vivid potential of markers. We'll be depicting the tender and powerful bond between a mother cheetah and her cub. Students will first capture the image using fine-point markers to ensure detail and accuracy. Afterwards, we will enhance these heartfelt drawings with Valentine-themed decorations using a variety of colorful Sharpies. This project not only celebrates a mother's love but also allows students to express their creativity through the festive embellishments of love and affection inherent to Valentine's Day.
