Welcome to Canvas Creations Camp! Dive into a week dedicated to unleashing your creativity on canvas, mastering skills with acrylics, and exploring a variety of themes. Each day, campers will create a new masterpiece, from the enchanting depths of 'Under the Sea' to the serene landscapes of 'Beaches and Beyond.' With a new theme daily, students are guaranteed a fun and diverse experience, filled with learning and laughter. No matter the skill level, our nurturing environment encourages everyone to express themselves and grow as young artists. In our upcoming art class, we will be creating pieces inspired by the vibrant and expressive abstract works of Alma Thomas, a pioneering African-American artist celebrated for her unique style and impactful legacy. We'll explore Thomas’s signature use of joyful, mosaic-like patterns and bright, precise brushstrokes, which she derived from her appreciation of nature and the cosmos. Our project will involve each student choosing a natural or celestial theme as their muse and reinterpreting it in Thomas's distinctive style, using bold colors and dynamic compositions. This exercise promises to be not only a creative exploration but also a meaningful homage to one of the first African-American women to receive a solo exhibition at the Whitney Museum of American Art.textures, ensuring each piece is as unique as the next. This hands-on project promises to not only enhance our students' artistic skills but also allow them to express their creativity in a fun, love-inspired setting.

During this workshop, artists will become model dream home designers! We'll will design and assemble their very own dream house. Stretching our imaginations we'll create interior blueprints, plan out wall colors, and a furniture layout. We’ll paint walls and apply wallpaper, build our own mini furniture, slides, pools, and jungle gyms from an assortment of interesting materials. We'll create mini art work, rugs and of course peg dolls to play with in their new digs. Artists will finish the season with a custom dream house to take home! At the end of 6 weeks, each child will go home with a completed dream house! *IF A CLASS HAS LESS THAN 4 STUDENTS ENROLLED 2 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE CLASS, IT WILL BE CANCELLED, AND YOU WILL BE OFFERED A CHOICE TO RESCHEDULE OR BE REFUNDED. *

Join us for an absolutely magical play date with Moana! We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Moana to our studio for the very first time! This 75 minute playdate will feature a meet & greet, storytime and sing along with Moana and island-inspired sensory stations, crafts & more! Space is limited for this special pop-up. Caregiver required.

We are bringing back our widely popular Squishmallow Camp! Each camper will design their very own wooden house for their adopted mini squishmallow! We will paint portraits of our squishmallows and make squishmallow slime! Register EARLY because this camp always sells out! Please bring a NUT-FREE snack (and lunch for full-day,) along with water bottle!

Come join us for Piglet's Cafe + Play. Enjoy a cup of coffee while the kids play in our sensory and dramatic play stations, play doh bar and drawing table. Each registration includes coffee! Drop in any time between 12 - 2 on Friday (feel free to come late, leave early or stay the entire time!) All ages are welcome. This is not a drop off class, each child must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required.
