Art Classes in Amityville, NY

In this class, students will get their hands on many different materials to create artwork as they learn and develop their art skills. The elements of art and design will be taught in this fun, laid-back, and very safe environment, taught by a certified art teacher! All supplies are included! Children may bring a water bottle but NO FOOD will be eaten in the studio. ONLY CHILDREN are permitted inside the studio. (Parents must drop off in front of the studio.) Children with any signs of illness will not be permitted to enter the studio.

This is an ongoing class that meets most Tuesdays throughout the year. We do fun, simple projects with guidance to help adult individuals at all ability levels. We work in all mediums from drawing and painting to collage, and crafts. There is a main focus on the process of art making - and the enjoyment/relaxation we get when being creative. The students in this class attend with a caregiver or support staff person.
