Our sports activities encourage the development of language, large and small motor skills, social and emotional skills as well as the importance of teamwork. We have an awesome NEW class. This gymnastics class allows a new gymnast or experienced gymnast time to work on new skills or enhancing skills they may already have. Activities include skills that incorporate strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. This class focuses on body movement and using gymnastics equipment while having fun with friends! Hi-Five Multi-Sport serves as an introduction to some of the most popular sports in the world!! Boys and girls ages 2-5 years will learn the fundamentals of each game through various drills and training elements designed specifically for young players. No refunds just credits. Each session will be 50 minutes and times will vary based on enrollment. Your time will be either 3pm and 4pm. These rotate each week, and you will get a schedule with what time your child should be ready to participate! The main goal of the Hi-Five Flag Football program is to provide an opportunity for each athlete to improve his/her football skills while having FUN! Our philosophy of positive reinforcement in teaching football enables each athlete to enjoy the game while learning necessary skills and techniques. Hi-Five Coaches will focus on different skills and drills each week to develop and elevate kids football skills in a fun way! Please note times may vary based on enrollment.
