CAMP DETAILS -July 7-11 -ages 6.5-11 YEARS OLD (entering 1st-6th) -9am-2pm (bring snack, lunch, & water bottle) -Theme: High School Musical -Friday performance at 1pm -Location: MDPC (11612 Memorial Dr. Houston, TX 77024) -Room: Amphitheater -Dress code: comfy clothes for dancing and playing, closed toed sneakers ABOUT THE CAMP: -Campers take daily dance, singing, and acting class -Campers audition and rehearse a musical theater show throughout the week -Daily craft time and games -Every student gets the opportunity to have a singing solo and acting line in the show! -Performance on Friday for family and friends  -Students with and without disabilities welcomed! Camp is located at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. Park by Community Life Center. Drop off and Pick up at the Amphitheater. NOTE ABOUT INCLUSION/TEACHER AIDS: Students should participate independently for most of the camp activities. Volunteers and teachers will be present to assist when needed! Camps are staffed with 1 lead teacher, 1 assistant teachers, and 1-2 volunteers per 12 campers. Maximum of ~12 students in this age bracket. We do not have a nurse on staff. We are not certified to administer prescription medication. All students MUST be able to use the restroom by themselves. Have fun and rapidly improve your skills at this youth basketball camp. At these basketball camps, you improve your scoring, ball handling, shooting, passing, athleticism, footwork, decision-making, and 1 on 1 moves to take your game to the next level! You will learn the techniques and skill needed to become a great shooter. You will learn the essential skills to becoming a great ball handler… no fluff. You will learn how to make more lay ups. You will learn how to become a defensive stopper and rebounding machine. You will learn the critical components of basketball IQ required to become a great offensive player from an individual and team aspect. We will teach you all of the critical skills and concepts that coaches love and help players excel.

Give your little one a safe space to practice their new-found skills! Explore diverse physical movements like climbing, crawling, and balancing to support healthy muscle and bone development, while also practicing social skills and memory building through sing-alongs and group play.
