| I am a CELTA qualified ESOL teacher, who has experience teaching students whose first languages have been Chinese, Japanese, Armenian, Korean, Thai, Samoan, Arabic and Portuguese. I appreciate that different first languages lead to very different experiences of learning English, and am always keen to do more to help. I am able to help students prepare for exams like IELTS, NCEA in English and improve English for everyday use. I am also confident I can help students achieve excellent grades in NCEA, iGCSE and/or A Level English. I am fine with tutoring semi-disgruntled students who don't like school but need some help to pass NCEA.
