I am a caring and passionate individual that has always had patience for being able to care and support children and youth. I was the go to babysitter in my high school's parent - teachers circle, looking after children from the ages of 3-8.
I was also a literacy tutor for students with learning disabilities at Melville Highschool for over a year. I am currently working as a specialist support worker, supporting and caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Although I have not been in this position for a long time, I have had to adapt to a lot in a short amount of time and I am learning fast.
Providing care and support for people and youth is in my nature and it's something that I am very passionate about.
