Over the last 9 years I've been working in de mental and physical disability care. In schools, residential care and individual private one on one settings. I have a wide knowledge about different levels of mental illness and (dis)abilities. I can work alone, but I am as much also good in communication with surrounded others. I like to work with a schedule, but changes will not stress me out. The last couple of years have I worked outside The Netherlands, why I became very flexible and open minded for new cultures, routines and environments.
