I am 33, female and I reside in Tawa, Wellington. I am currently searching for a role as a Support Worker, helping genuine people who may need support in everyday life. I have found there's a high need for Support workers in our community where I could really make a difference. I do wear two hearing aids, so very familiar with people who may be hard of hearing. I am a very easy going and outgoing person. Attentive to a person's needs, but also like to encourage clear and understanding communication so that both myself and the other party are on the same page with confidence. I have 3 years experience working in a Support worker role in the community, having also completed my Health and Wellbeing Level 3(Support work strand) and am about to complete my level 4 in three months ' time.
