At present, from last nine months i have been working as a Health care Assistant in Lexham gardens resthome and hospital, Auckland. I have more than a year experience in same field as a personal carer. I find my job interesting and responsible so I always deliver a good care and support as a responsible individual. Though, sometimes, it is a challenging job but still I find my way to over come the situation for gaining the best possible outcomes.
