I have previously worked a year with Health care New Zealand and therefore have experiance in elderly service and the skills needed to fufill this job. I am trustworthy and show respect towards elderly people and I will treat them with care. I will also show patience when needed and put their needs first to provide the best service I can. I am also friendly and approacable for them to be comfortable with me and interact easily.
