I am a 18 year old who currently attends Taradale High School and has a passion for working with children. I currently do occasional babysitting for four different families. Three of these families have got three children each and the other one has got one child. So far I have worked with children aged 4 to 13 years old but have done the occasional hour or two looking after my 2 year old cousin. I babysit for one child who has Spina Bifida and one who is Autistic, so I have had some experience with looking after child who require specific care. I believe I am a friendly person who can relate well with children and get along well with them, being not just a carer but also a friend or someone they can look up to. I am very reliable and am currently looking to get more babysitting or even after school nannying type roles to help me to get more experience working with children as I plan on going into primary teaching or paediatric nursing next year.
