I may not have any qualifications in early childcare, nor do I have any experience as an official nanny/ babysitter; however I have cared for and raised many of my nieces, nephews and cousins from the new born stage right up until they reached their early teen years. I believe that the most important years of a child's life are the first few years. These are the years where they experience their first everything, and in time shape them as a result of the love and care they received in the early stages of their lives. I have seen how hard it can be for first time parents, and overtime have realised that even after your 2nd or 3rd child, parenting is a continuous learning journey. Trust that if you decided to give me a chance, I would be as gentle, loving, kind but firm with your blessings as if they were mine, and I would also do what I could to help you as parents. Although I am young, I understand that the time we're living in right now is much different to what it was like when I was a child, with all the technology and bullying that can occur - so I would also aim to provide a safe space for your child/ren to be authentic in who they are and to also value themselves.
