I have a real passion for working with children. From a young age I dreamed of being a teacher and have fulfilled that goal with a 30 year career teaching in a primary school in New Zealand, which I loved. I always tried to make a difference in my students’ lives, their learning, and to be a kind and caring teacher. Recently we have returned from Brisbane, where I decided to take a break from the classroom, however I still want to work with children and nannying allowed this. I can use my teaching skills and be part of a family, which is lovely, as my two daughters have now left to pursue their own careers. I am compassionate and kind, energetic and fit. With more time available to me now, I enjoy voluntary work and helping others. My greatest achievement and love are my family and bringing up my two daughters.
