I have lots of experience working with children in a professional environment. I am from the USA where I worked at a summer camp for two years at the YMCA Camp Jones Gulch. My role at summer camp was to teach/entertain children from ages 6-15 about sustainability and organic gardening. This involved creating activities for the groups while they were visiting the garden. We also had chickens and ducks that we would let the children hold as an award for being patient and nice to the animals. I have also worked at an early childhood education center as an assistant teacher. The school took children from ages infant - 5. My role was to either relieve teachers during their breaks or partner with a teacher for the school day if a teacher was absent. This involved singing, reading books, feeding, nap time, playtime and overall supervision of a classroom. I do have experience working as a babysitter in my teenage years. I looked after a toddler and a 5 year old. I would often play sports, change diapers, take them on walks to the neighborhood playground and cook meals.
