I have been a nanny on and off for over 5 years while completing my degree. I worked as nanny for three children, aged, 9, and 13. My duties included picking the three children up from school and helping them with their homework. Making meals such as dinner and school lunches, putting them to bed, and staying up to three weeks at a time to look after the children as the father would have to travel. This job gave me the ability to understand the emotional and social development of children, the ability to organise events, and the ability to cope under pressure, and with unexpected situations.
