My name is Jean I am 30 years of age and a solo parent to a beautiful 3-year-old girl Aurora. We live in the Porirua region. I work part-time as a community-based Support worker and my daughter attends daycare fulltime. I am an outgoing person, very caring and have a soft heart that's what makes me that bubbly person I come across as. I have cared for my toddler since she was born so id like to think I have experience looking after children. I tend to care for other peoples children how I care for my own. And for me as a mother I see a carer of someone else's child it is my duty to take note of his/her needs from the parents, be understanding, respect boundaries, giving praises when he/she has achieved a task, and be there to listen. But most importantly be open to different personalities and understand that it takes time for children to warm up to new people. I will try my best at making sure everything runs smoothly e.g bed on time, activities on time. I enjoy being a mum so I think I will enjoy helping other parents have a break or attend work knowing there child is safe. I am a nonsmoker don't drink, I have my full license and my own car.
