Waitakere City School of Dance Teacher- Assistant Teacher • Looking after children through to teenagers from ages 5-17 years old • Learning dances • Teaching classes and covering for teachers when they are sick Barnardos Early Learning Centre (Henderson)- Assistant Teacher • Looking after children from 5 months- 4 years old • Playtime, feeding babies, nappy changes, clothing changes • Settling children Nanny • Two boys 8 and 5 years old • School pick ups • Afternoon tea/ Dinner • Washing, vacuuming, changing beds, general tidying, bath, and shower times • Homework • General activities- drawing, coloring, building, outside play • Teaching good behaviour and discipline according to agreed guidelines Nanny • One 5-year-old boy and 15-month-old girl • School drop- off/ Pick up • Preparing lunches / Baking for the family • Primarily looking after the young girl during the day (Play Group, day trips, nap-time) • General tidying (Make beds, Pick up etc.) • Vacuuming, Washing, Mopping, Organising • General activities- drawing, coloring, building, outside play • Teaching good behaviour and discipline according to agreed guidelines
