I am a 24-year-old woman, currently in my second year of my bachelor's degree in Visual Art, majoring in sculpture. From my teenage years till now I have been babysitting for my family, on and off, during the school holidays and after school. I am confident in caring for children between the ages of 3 to 16. I have also had experience looking after a young child with autism. In highschool, I volunteered at an afterschool program and also had paid work as a music tutor, teaching keyboard and saxophone to primary school students. In recent years, I have been working in retail but would like to return to childcare as that is the industry I would like to pursue within my art practice by bringing art back into the community. I have always had a passion for art and music, I enjoy sharing my expertise with kids to ensure they have an outlet for their creativity. As a keen learner, I put maximum effort into helping children with homework and teaching problem-solving skills through puzzles and games. I am on board for helping with household chores, preparing meals, driving to and from extracurricular activities, and preparing children for bedtime.
