Hi my names Elise, Im 21 years old. I am a final semester Nursing student with a passion for paediatrics. I have extensive childcare experience, including working in morning and after school care, coaching school netball and underwater hockey teams, and teaching Junior Surf Life Saving. I am also a surf life guard, where I prioritize safety and emergency preparedness. I have dealt with many serious incidents and am well trained in first aid. I love spending my time doing fun activties and love connecting with kids. My approach to childcare is holistic, combining safety, education, and fun to foster a nurturing environment where children feel supported and encouraged. I have just finished an 11 week placement in starship and feel I have great experience with infants and young children. I also have done a nurisng placement at disability centres where I feel I had a strong impact in providing compassionate care and support to children with diverse needs. I have been babysitting my sister and neighbour's since I was 16. I have been a coach of many young kids within netball and surf life saving so am well experienced when it comes to young children. I have my full license and have flexible availability.
