Fun, responsible child carer

Although I dont have much paper experience im am well equipt for child care, I am a hard working, reliable and friendly individual. You childs needs are my number 1 responsibility. I would like to grow my career in childcare. Id like to think of myself as more of a friend to the children i care for rather then a carer.
