Nannies in Onehunga

| I have been nannying various families from the year of 2014, between the ages of 2 to 14. My role includes picking up children from school, dropping them off at after school activities, playing/keeping the children entertained, coming up with games and creative activities, making afternoon tea, cooking dinner, putting them to bed, and always treating kids with respect and care. I love working with children and can create a great balance at home between creating a great relationship between the kids and I whilst being stern when needed. I am responsible, always on time, and a caring, loving person that loves being a nanny.

| I have been babysitting since I was about 15 years old to children ages 0-16. I used to be a full time nanny for a family in the summer of 2018, and I care for local families in my home town. I have experience with children with special needs and I have a big heart for all kiddos! I am also Emergency First Responder and CPR certified.

During high school, I casually babysat for a few families, as well as volunteering at childcare centres for woman's refuge and refugee centres. I've got three younger siblings under 10, so I have a lot of practical knowledge!

I have now been working full time in health insurance for 2 years however prior to that I completed a bachelor of social work with practical experience at Oranga Tamariki and a non profit youth mentoring service. Throughout my studies I was a nanny for two families long term with children aged 6-12yrs old including dinner meals, household chores, and occasional overnight stays. Before that I worked at a summer camp in the USA for 3 summers as a boating instructor, teaching kids aged 3-15yrs water skills including kayaking and paddle boarding. I have various other childcare experience including holiday programs at Youthtown, non-qualified ECE relief teacher and one-off babysitting roles.
