Experienced Nanny- Kind, Honest and Reliable!
|
For the past year I have thoroughly enjoyed being a full time Nanny for a family, caring for three wonderful children ages five, seven and ten. This role has allowed me to showcase my most valuable qualities- patience, kindness, enthusiasm and organisation.
My duties included; running errands, grocery shopping, preparing and transporting children for school/ day-care/extracurricular activities, organising and minding play dates, preparing and cleaning up after meals and play, house hold chores, assisting with homework and most importantly- nurturing and encouraging healthy, physical and emotional development. I developed very close relationships with each of them, recognised their strengths and weaknesses and organised activities accordingly.
This year, I will be studying Batchelor of Arts, majoring in social anthropology and Maori knowledge- and plan to work with children in this sector, once my degree is complete. My studies will allow me to be extremely flexible with my hours- I am more than happy to arrive early, stay later and help out on the weekends and school holidays if need be. I also have a restricted licence and my own car to get to and from work quickly.
