| I have recently moved to New Zealand from the UK. I have worked as a nanny/ au pair for the last 10 years for various families. I started off by helping out friends of the family with their children, ponies and other animals. I then worked in Ireland for a year looking after 2 children (aged 1 and 5) as well as 30 race horses for a year. For the last 3 years I have worked as a Primary School Teacher in the UK, which I love and am currently registering to become a teacher in NZ. I have a clean driving licence, am happy to take children to different activities, love the outdoors and being active. I am a keen runner, love hiking and participate in triathlons worldwide. Being an enthusiastic person I like to make the most of every opportunity I get and always look on the bright side of life.

I have nannied both here and internationally and have experience caring for newborns to teenagers. I am available full-time during the school holidays from the beginning of January and into February. | With over 10 years of service within the early childhood sector my professional practice is supported by an Dip Ed in ECE & a New Zealand Certificate I’m Nanny Education.I completed my professional training in New Zealand and gained the relevant teaching experience before travelling overseas and moving to Australia. Whilst working in Australia I undertook a variety of different leadership roles working within a variety of different early childhood services these have included nurseries, long day care services, preschools, kindergartens and sole charge nannying roles. The skills and practical knowledge acquired over this time have provided me with a thorough understanding of childhood development and education and as a profession it is something I am very passionate about. Dedicated to providing all children with a safe, nurturing, creative and fun environment.
