Help with Wheelie bin up and down a steep path on a weekly basis

Hi,
I am looking for a person to help with managing the rubbish (wheelie) bin on a weekly basis. It needs to be brought down every Wednesday and brought back up every Thursday. The path from the road to the house is long, steep, uneven and has twenty odd uneven steps - typical Wellington path!
The job should take 15min max each time but will pay one full hour and times to to this is flexible between 8am and 8pm.
$30 gross per hour paid fortnightly by bank transfer
$22 - $281 Hr. / Week
