We need a nanny/childminder for approximately 20 hours a week over three or four days a week (flexible) plus if possible occasional babysitting and occasional overnight care for solo, professional mum. 8yo is 2e (autistic and gifted) and she is homeschooled, with main learning done with me (mum) but some outings and activities (art class, bike riding, horse riding) can be done with carer. I work part-time from home as a consultant but will be out for meetings etc when carer is working, after settling in period. Experience with neurodiverse kids, especially Aspergers/2e kids, helpful- support for anxiety and sensory sensitivity accommodations needed. Simple meal preparation and some help with some chores appreciated (putting washing into dryer kind of thing), but connection and care most important: role focuses on the 1:1 care with trust, relationship and attunement as key. We take extra care around health for our family due to being immunocompromised, so need a carer who is comfortable being cautious about illness- we ask friends, family and carers not to come over if they’re feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to illness like Covid or flu. First aid certification preferred. Ideally looking for ongoing commitment, as we would prefer potential for long-term employment.

Hi we're looking for a nanny who has experience caring for a newborn. A lady if possible. She would have to feed, bathe, do light housework for the baby (e.g. wash and sterilise bottles) and also cook one simple meal while mum recharges during the day and get stuff done around the house.
