We have recently moved to Kapiti from Wellington and our looking for someone to look after D. We are looking for someone who is caring and trustworthy. It's also really important to us that you are able to be present with D and engage with him to support his growth, whether it be via play, emotional support or practical help (feeding, sleep). At this stage we are only looking for support during the day however if you are helping him to sleep its important to know that we don't practice the cry it out method of sleep training.

We can chat about our daily routines in more detail over the phone. Tasks: Cooking for the kids - making baby food, lunchboxes, lunchbox freezer prep stuff etc Cleaning - general house work & helping with washing and tidying up after kids (haha) This is one of the things that I will really value I (mum) will mostly be at home or out running errands / doing work or what not. My husband normally gets home late so we're hoping to find someone who can help me with dinner and bath time too. No need to do bedtime so hours would be 130pm - 6pm approximately & 2 days a week. Days of the week are somewhat flexible We often need casual help too so it would be great to be able to ring and see if your available for this type of casual work on top of the 8 hours.
